Started From the Bottom: My Journey and Mission

My family came to the United States as refugees in the 1970s. I was the second born here, and we grew up in low-income neighborhoods with struggling schools, surrounded by crime, gangs, and drugs. Life wasn’t easy, but it taught me how to work hard, stay grounded, and adapt to whatever came my way.

After high school, I had many roles. I worked as a carpenter, was a certified auto mechanic, and even used the love of music and creativity to be a locally known DJ and promoter. And during all of my adventures, I was able to earn my bachelor’s degree in business. I began in territory sales and account management, moved to marketing consulting, and eventually worked my way up to a regional management role at a Fortune 500 company, leading sales, operations, CRM, and marketing strategies across multiple markets.

That mix of hands-on experience and corporate leadership taught me what really drives growth. I’ve learned how to connect with people from all backgrounds, understand operations from the inside out, and see opportunities that data alone can’t show.

Now, I help small, medium, and minority-owned businesses use that same knowledge to grow. Whether you’re running a local service company or building an emerging brand, I focus on turning everyday operations into measurable results.

My mission: To close the gap between corporate strategy and everyday business by giving entrepreneurs the tools and knowledge to grow with confidence and sustainability.
